Raphael Dias made in the 7th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yu Feng Ning. Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markus Svensson in the 8th minute of play. Real Södertälje's attentive Raphael Dias managed to snatch the ball when Timur Malyugin made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Svensson in the 18th minute of play forced Catholic Church's goalkeeper Henrik Ingemarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrik Ingemarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Catholic Church's Tommy Bennet got a free kick in the 24th minute. Henrik Ingemarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Svensson in the 31st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Catholic Church defense, Urki Regalado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrik Ingemarsson. The Catholic Church fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrik Ingemarsson should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, Markus Svensson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrik Ingemarsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Real Södertälje's Raphael Dias quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Timur Malyugin, made in the 40th minute of the game. When Markus Svensson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Real Södertälje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Svensson couldn't finish the play. Henrik Ingemarsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Markus Svensson went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After the first half Real Södertälje were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Henrik Ingemarsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from James Batistuta went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Henrik Ingemarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikard Wolff in the 71st minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Catholic Church's goalkeeper Henrik Ingemarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by James Batistuta. After 77 minutes, James Batistuta made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Nils-Åke Wickander recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Henrik Ingemarsson. In the 93rdth minute of the game Rikard Wolff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. James Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Henrik Ingemarsson made a huge save. Henrik Ingemarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Real Södertälje booed when Catholic Church was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Södertälje's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
