Haşim Şahruh was a little too slow when Thor Stabbe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szczepan Kolacki in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kalle Joelson saved Valla Fc from getting behind. Valentin Rosendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Haşim Şahruh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haşim Şahruh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Lund in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Pil came free, but Kalle Joelson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Valla Fc got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Esdras. In the 23rd minute Lars Pil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Joelson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Wennerberg came free, but Kalle Joelson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Szczepan Kolacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Tim Sjögren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haşim Şahruh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Stabbe in the 33rd minute of the match. Leif Lund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Haşim Şahruh made a huge save. Kalle Joelson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szczepan Kolacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalle Joelson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Wennerberg in the 41st minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Sjögren came free, but Kalle Joelson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leif Lund made a kick off. Åke Wennerberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Kalle Joelson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Lund in the 53rd minute of play forced Gagisha IF's goalkeeper Haşim Şahruh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Olof Wennerberg hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The supporters of Valla Fc booed when Gagisha IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antero Soveral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Valentin Rosendal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valla Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Rosendal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Oscar Pettersson fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gagisha IF's protests and gave Oscar Pettersson a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Gagisha IF got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Pettersson. In the 61st minute Leif Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşim Şahruh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Kolacki in the 66th minute of play forced Valla Fc's goalkeeper Kalle Joelson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Szczepan Kolacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Joelson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Valla Fc's Kalle Joelson got control of the ball when Åke Wennerberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Haşim Şahruh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Rosendal in the 96th minute of play.
