The audience was convinced that Andrew Tate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toni Schumacher was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Richard Fredriksson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Johan Lööf. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 11th minute, Richard Fredriksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bullen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Toni Schumacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giacomo Casanova in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th minute Giacomo Casanova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, La Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manfred Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. Richard Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johan Lööf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute FC Bullen were awarded a corner. Kurt Pååk went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Bullen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kurt Pååk in the 29th minute. Johan Lööf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind La Boys's goalkeeper Johan Lööf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Kurt Pååk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Boys's Johan Lööf did a great save. Manfred Lindgren kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Fredriksson in the 36th minute of play forced La Boys's goalkeeper Johan Lööf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Bernt Hedling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toni Schumacher was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Toni Schumacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Tate in the 58th minute of the match. Jarl Bröms could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Toni Schumacher made a huge save. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Boys's goalkeeper Johan Lööf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th minute Richard Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Lööf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Bullen's Andy Beckman was substituted for Gustavo Lopes. FC Bullen made a substitution. Edvard Sandström replaced Gustav Helander. A throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game was made by Henric Vallander with Giacomo Casanova as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. FC Bullen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giacomo Casanova was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Toni Schumacher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börge Erserman went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Manfred Lindgren made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jarl Bröms immediately put the ball in play. FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bullen from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute La Boys were awarded a corner. Börge Erserman went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Boys's goalkeeper Johan Lööf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Philip Drake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute Philip Drake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Lööf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over La Boys could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Bullen throughout the match.
