North Pole Kickers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hammarby Sjöstad the free kick. FC Hammarby Sjöstad made a substitution. Greger von Opel replaced Sarracino De la Rosa. Folke Bure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ozan Heybetli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ozan Heybetli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Bure was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. 8 minutes into the game, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 15th minute, Ozan Heybetli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folke Bure was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 17 played minutes FC Hammarby Sjöstad got a freekick which was hit by Greger von Opel. In the 18th minute, Anders Byström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Pole Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ozan Heybetli in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Bure saved North Pole Kickers from getting behind. 21 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Lenny Winnepennincks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folke Bure didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. If Ozan Heybetli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes of play, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ciriaco Terciero made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folke Bure was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Benedykt Niezywy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the game, Ozan Heybetli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Folke Bure was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ozan Heybetli was the one to do the kick off. Artur Wichniarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 52nd minute Valdemar Tomasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Michael Ahlbeck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Pole Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-7. Ozan Heybetli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 played minutes FC Hammarby Sjöstad got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Sigfridsson. 66 minutes into the game, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Bure made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-8. Ozan Heybetli might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Folke Bure. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ozan Heybetli ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes into the game, Ozan Heybetli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-9. Folke Bure was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ozan Heybetli in the 81st minute of play. Folke Bure came out of the goal and Ozan Heybetli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. The FC Hammarby Sjöstad players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
