Samurai's Wolffram Lobo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Krister Uggstedt in the 36 minute of the game. The throw-in from Krister Uggstedt in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Samurai's Wolffram Lobo. With a little luck, Skövde AIK's Leo Hagberg got control of the ball when Maxim Tsigalko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kevin Keegan scored 3-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vince Di Cola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
