The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Di Filippo got free with Harald Fridlund in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute Ingemar Stålman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Fridlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Hermanö Oilers's corner Jacek Zielinski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harald Fridlund quite easily take care of the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Mossberg came free, but Oskar Haeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Di Filippo in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harald Fridlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the game, Dave Di Filippo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Harald Fridlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dave Di Filippo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Harald Fridlund made a huge save. In the 27th minute Dave Di Filippo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Fridlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Hermanö Oilers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of The Green Fairies:s goal. Oskar Haeger had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping David Hedman's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Camillo Bocchi charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camillo Bocchi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thiago Meirelles hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Vincent Mossberg kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dave Di Filippo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harald Fridlund. That made the score 4-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vincent Mossberg to make the kick off. Harald Fridlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Stålman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermanö Oilers's Al Capone got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Harald Fridlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Al Capone went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Ingemar Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Harald Fridlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Green Fairies's David Hedman got a free kick in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the The Green Fairies defense, Ingemar Stålman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harald Fridlund. The The Green Fairies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harald Fridlund should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Lindholm got free with Oskar Haeger in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 76th minute of play forced The Green Fairies's goalkeeper Harald Fridlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, The Green Fairies's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Di Filippo came free, but Harald Fridlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harald Fridlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingemar Stålman in the 95th minute of play. Harald Fridlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingemar Stålman's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Ingemar Stålman put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Harald Fridlund. Hermanö Oilers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
