The supporters of Stockholm Generals booed when Käka Puck BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wincenty Galus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Ariwibowo in the 23rd minute of the match. Käka Puck BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Hjortberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Luís Koffidis to strike the kick off in the second half. Torsten Björnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Busk in the 60th minute of play. When Richard Pilgren fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stockholm Generals's protests and gave Richard Pilgren a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milan Pavlovský, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Forsell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Victor Sundström. Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Mario Ariwibowo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Sundström skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Käka Puck BK's Gustav Busk got a free kick in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Sánchez in the 92nd minute of play forced Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Victor Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Muñana during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 95 minutes into the game, one of Stockholm Generals:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Stockholm Generals fans cheered their team off the field, for while Käka Puck BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
