In the 6th minute of the match Hermanö Oilers got a corner. I Rossoneri's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jacek Zielinski ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jacek Zielinski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arneil Trossero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Dave Di Filippo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arneil Trossero was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Rutger Backlund hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, one of I Rossoneri:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for I Rossoneri. Arneil Trossero had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Dave Di Filippo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Di Filippo in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arneil Trossero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dave Di Filippo spun around in front of the goal 27 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of I Rossoneri's goal. In the 32nd minute, Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arneil Trossero. Arneil Trossero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Dave Di Filippo might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arneil Trossero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Di Filippo ran back to his position shaking his head. I Rossoneri's Arneil Trossero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save I Rossoneri from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Hermanö Oilers booed when I Rossoneri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Arne Stenman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Linus Skoglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Dave Di Filippo could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Arneil Trossero however easily saved by the left post. Harel Minsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sven-Edvin Blixt made a kick off. Arneil Trossero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Di Filippo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Sven-Edvin Blixt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Haeger having to interfere. Fabian Ramond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arneil Trossero having to interfere. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Tim Östlund with Adam Bergdal as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Dave Di Filippo took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arneil Trossero. Arneil Trossero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dave Di Filippo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Dave Di Filippo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arneil Trossero was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. If Dave Di Filippo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 74th minute of play forced I Rossoneri's goalkeeper Arneil Trossero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in I Rossoneri fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Hermanö Oilers. Dave Di Filippo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arneil Trossero. 6-0. 82 minutes into the game, Dave Di Filippo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Arneil Trossero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arneil Trossero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 86th minute of the match. Dave Di Filippo scored 8-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arneil Trossero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 92nd play minutes Dave Di Filippo shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Arneil Trossero and just under the crossbar into goal. I Rossoneri's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
