The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute, Allan Malmström fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Victor Sundström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Nordlund in the 13th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Pedro Luís Koffidis put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Koffidis in the 19th minute of play. Göran Unesson came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Victor Sundström could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Sebastian Nordlund got a free kick in the 29th minute. Mark Eliasson was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Käka Puck BK booed when Team Rocco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Nordlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Vincent Olofsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victor Sundström. The goal made the score 1-1. Victor Sundström was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Alfred Samuelsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfred Samuelsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Malmström in the 47th minute of play forced Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Victor Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vincent Olofsson made a kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Pedro Luís Koffidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Team Rocco from getting a goal against them. After having played for 58 minutes, Han Chuan Jian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Käka Puck BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Han Chuan Jian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Vincent Olofsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Sundström was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Sebastian Nordlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Hök, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Käka Puck BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Ralf Vase shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Sundström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Luís Koffidis's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Team Rocco getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alfred Samuelsson hit a great ball. When Käka Puck BK's Pedro Luís Koffidis in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Team Rocco's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Luís Koffidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Vincent Olofsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Victor Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Käka Puck BK defense, Alfred Samuelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Sundström. The Käka Puck BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Sundström should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Käka Puck BK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Han Chuan Jian hit a great ball. Victor Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Unesson in the 91st minute of play. Team Rocco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
