Ni Jun Sha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Conny Bjursell charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conny Bjursell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Håkan Lindgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Kristiansson having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Lindgren got free with George Kristiansson in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. George Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Håkan Lindgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Lindgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Kristiansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Gabriel Saliba made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Håkan Lindgren immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in Di Röe's zone, Håkan Lindgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Kristiansson came out of the goal and Håkan Lindgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes in the game Gabriel Saliba did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Håkan Lindgren. Brothers of Mercy's attentive Gabriel Saliba managed to snatch the ball when Vilhelm Helström made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Håkan Lindgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Vilhelm Helström got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ni Jun Sha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sten Melberg's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. With his leg Ni Jun Sha managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Di Röe's Sten Melberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Brothers of Mercy's Håkan Lindgren in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Di Röe were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Brothers of Mercy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Herman Benett took the corner. A hard shot 82 in the game by Arnaldo da Fonseca from a close distance when the talented Ni Jun Sha managed to make a qualified save. Brothers of Mercy's players were relieved. 84 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Lindgren came free, but George Kristiansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Håkan Lindgren made a precise shot to the right of George Kristiansson. Di Röe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of Brothers of Mercy booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conny Bjursell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brothers of Mercy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
