In the 7th minute Zdzislaw Barniszke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alf-Inge Sørum got free with George Kristiansson in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goalkeeper George Kristiansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Anselius. Victor Anselius's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, George Kristiansson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Victor Anselius was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. Åsbro Flåsegutter's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 15 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Melberg came free, but Wiktor Ekström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes, Jakub Michalski made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Di Röe's George Kristiansson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Victor Anselius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but George Kristiansson made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zdzislaw Barniszke in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Kristiansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Di Röe's Arnaldo da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wiktor Ekström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 92 minutes into the game, Herman Benett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åsbro Flåsegutter the free kick. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Herman Benett hit a great ball. Örjan Björk might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over George Kristiansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Örjan Björk ran back to his position shaking his head. Wiktor Ekström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerard Tan in the 96th minute. Åsbro Flåsegutter's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
