A sloppy throw-in by Alvise Marulli in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Six Pac FC's Janne Krut. George Kristiansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amund Villarreal's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. George Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arda Baybars Oğuzalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, Amund Villarreal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of George Kristiansson. Amund Villarreal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Amund Villarreal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Kristiansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After 30th play minutes Sten Melberg shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Wang Peng Zhi and just under the crossbar into goal. 33 minutes into the match, Six Pac FC's Amund Villarreal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that George Kristiansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute of the match Six Pac FC got a corner. Di Röe's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Janne Krut ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amund Villarreal got free with George Kristiansson in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute Arda Baybars Oğuzalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Berg. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amund Villarreal made a kick off. Bedih Rafet's late challenge caught a Six Pac FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bedih Rafet helped the player get up and apologised. George Kristiansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amund Villarreal's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. George Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amund Villarreal, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
