A collision led to The Heren Istarion getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. The The Heren Istarion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Bouzon should have stopped the shot. David Bouzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristoffer Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. David Bouzon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sivert Borre in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Lorien to strike the kick off in the second half. NovaStella FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcu Pantelimon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
