NovaStella FK's Marcu Pantelimon got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when NovaStella FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Billberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaser Pakel in the 11th minute of play forced NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristoffer Ek in the 12th minute of play forced JKs Talanger's goalkeeper Walter Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Kjell Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Viktor Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes of play, JKs Talanger's Kjell Åkesson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viktor Häll was left in no man's land by his defense there! Walter Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Pantelimon in the 24th minute of the match. NovaStella FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Inocencio Lorien in the 25th minute. A well done corner resulted in Ronny Odén drilling the ball in to score 1-1 behind JKs Talanger's goalkeeper. Inocencio Lorien charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inocencio Lorien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Inocencio Lorien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. JKs Talanger were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after NovaStella FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ali Berkant Mukremin took the corner. The corner led JKs Talanger's Ali Berkant Mukremin to fire away a dangerous shot which Viktor Häll despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kjell Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Viktor Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Supreme Run kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Viktor Häll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, JKs Talanger's Viktor Häll threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Octavian Basten, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

The wind increased when Kjell Åkesson made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, NovaStella FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Pantelimon to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute, Kjell Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, NovaStella FK's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Åkesson came free, but Viktor Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. JKs Talanger's Supreme Run was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Viktor Häll in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 61 minutes into the game, Inocencio Lorien cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Walter Wallander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th match minute, NovaStella FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mei Quan Sen to maneuver through the defense. NovaStella FK's Roman Lluciano was substituted for Kristoffer Ek. After having played for 71 minutes, Ali Berkant Mukremin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viktor Häll didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gösta Granberg went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
