Polly Magoo Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Kjell Åkesson scored to the left of an out of position Markus Fågel, making the score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavian Basten in the 20th minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Basten came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Omero Zubiaga fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polly Magoo Juniors's protests and gave Omero Zubiaga a yellow card for diving instead. Markus Fågel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kjell Åkesson in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gösta Granberg in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Markus Fågel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Polly Magoo Juniors's Kenny Pavey was substituted for Jimmie Vallengren. 78 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Basten came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, JKs Talanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Basten to maneuver through the defense. Walter Wallander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mihăiţă Vâtcu fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JKs Talanger's protests and gave Mihăiţă Vâtcu a yellow card for diving instead. Mihăiţă Vâtcu hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes of play, JKs Talanger's Octavian Basten made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Markus Fågel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Granberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Polly Magoo Juniors players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for JKs Talanger.
