Per Rolandsson started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loco Durazno in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Abel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7thth minute of the game Loco Durazno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Average Joes's Victoriano Abel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A well-hit corner resulted in Bebben Johansson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 20 minutes, Loco Durazno made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Average Joes's Victoriano Abel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Loco Durazno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victoriano Abel having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Loco Durazno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Victoriano Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Durazno in the 31st minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Loco Durazno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Victoriano Abel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Rolandsson in the 46th minute of play.

Average Joes made a substitution. Nils-Emil Gulliksson replaced Lukas Bäckman. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loco Durazno was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Nils-Emil Gulliksson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Golden Lions FC's Georg Termander quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Askestät in the 54th minute of play. Anders Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Loco Durazno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victoriano Abel was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 61st minute Golden Lions FC were awarded a corner. Walter Closet went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 62nd minute, Arthur Saba made a precise shot to the right of Anders Lundqvist. Golden Lions FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Average Joes's zone, Loco Durazno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Abel came out of the goal and Loco Durazno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Golden Lions FC's İbrahim Efe Topdemir was substituted for Hazım Tuğlu. In the 76th minute, Mats Nyström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Yavuz Bülent Özger scored 2-5 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anders Lundqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Average Joes made a substitution. Jeremias Silban replaced Per Rolandsson. Victoriano Abel made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Mats Nyström sent off a good shot on target. Arne Tönnberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Victoriano Abel firmly grabbed it by the left post. Golden Lions FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
