The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Per Eliasson made a precise shot to the right of Fre Dag. Joga Hem FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Joga Hem FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Per Eliasson scored to the left of an out of position Fre Dag, making the score, 2-0. With a little luck, Joga Hem FC's Fre Dag got control of the ball when Per Eliasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Joga Hem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Mattsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes, Marcus Hercus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joga Hem FC and the Sundens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Marcus Hercus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fre Dag made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Fernando Borges sent off a good shot on target. When Cao Ting Ting came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Sundens BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cao Ting Ting couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Sundens BK's Fre Dag threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlos Netto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 20 minutes into the match, Joga Hem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Eliasson came free, but Fre Dag reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fre Dag stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Cao Ting Ting could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Fre Dag made a huge save. Sundens BK's Per Eliasson was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Esbjörn Lidman kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Sundens BK's Carlos Netto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fre Dag made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 39 minutes into the game, one of Joga Hem FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fre Dag had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Jan-Ove Lindmark's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Per Eliasson put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fre Dag.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Hellström made a kick off. Edmund Sundén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Per Eliasson made a precise shot to the right of Fre Dag. Joga Hem FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 56th minute, Jonas Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fre Dag took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Eliasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fre Dag didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Eliasson went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. If Per Eliasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70thth minute of the game Per Eliasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joga Hem FC's Fre Dag was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernando Borges hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute Cao Ting Ting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fre Dag saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Per Eliasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Per Eliasson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fre Dag was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Fre Dag stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. When Sundens BK's Per Eliasson in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joga Hem FC's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Joga Hem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per Eliasson came free, but Fre Dag reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94thth minute of the game Per Eliasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joga Hem FC's Fre Dag was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sundens BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
