In the 8th minute, David Hâjdău hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florin Ghiurutan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AFC Nirosxn 08's Claudiu Radovan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 13th minute, Eugen Basarab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, AFC Nirosxn 08's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Sbârcea came free, but Emil Lunca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florin Ghiurutan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Josan in the 37th minute of the match. Florin Ghiurutan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Bălțăteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudiu Radovan was the one to do the kick off. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Florin Ghiurutan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting a goal against them.
