Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) F.C.BARLAD's Valentin Plopșor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iustinian Cucu in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Lunca saved AFC Nirosxn 08 from getting behind. Ferdinand Simionescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Emil Lunca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicodim Mitrofan charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicodim Mitrofan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in AFC Nirosxn 08 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! AFC Nirosxn 08:s Emil Lunca showed great skill when he stopped Ferdinand Simionescu:s penalty. Emil Lunca came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C.BARLAD's Ferdinand Simionescu. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Simionescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Plopșor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Lunca. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Emil Lunca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octav Cretan in the 19th minute. Claudiu Radovan might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogdan Gurgui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudiu Radovan ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Basarab in the 23rd minute of play forced F.C.BARLAD's goalkeeper Bogdan Gurgui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Gurgui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudiu Radovan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bogdan Gurgui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Şantău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Ilarie to maneuver through the defense. Eugen Basarab kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Mihăiţă Călin fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.BARLAD's protests and gave Mihăiţă Călin a yellow card for diving instead. David Hâjdău's late challenge caught a F.C.BARLAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Hâjdău helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of F.C.BARLAD booed when AFC Nirosxn 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Hâjdău didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudiu Radovan was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Valentin Plopșor hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Iacob Marioteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Lunca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Simionescu's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Octav Cretan got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67th match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Cretan to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of F.C.BARLAD booed when AFC Nirosxn 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Voiculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, AFC Nirosxn 08's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Simionescu came free, but Emil Lunca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Plopșor in the 77th minute of play. AFC Nirosxn 08's Emil Lunca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Simionescu in the 86th minute of play. Emil Lunca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Arghir, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
