The supporters of Viola Invest booed when FC Berea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Panțâru didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Nae Bărboianu hit a great ball. When Nae Bărboianu got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Viola Invest. Edgar Panțâru kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Dorin Proca hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Basarab Arotăriței could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but David Şneapotă made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Arotăriței came free, but David Şneapotă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Şneapotă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Arotăriței in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Florin Bălașa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the FC Berea players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Berea booed when Viola Invest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Bălașa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Eric Dărmănescu in the 19th minute really tested David Şneapotă's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Viola Invest fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Viola Invest's Florin Răducioiu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 25 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolae Jilăveanu came free, but Dacian Iurea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Bilașco made a great header on Viola Invest's corner, it was just that FC Berea's Dacian Iurea managed to reach the ball for a save. After 37 minutes, Florin Răducioiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the FC Berea players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Florin Răducioiu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Arotăriței in the 38th minute of play forced Viola Invest's goalkeeper David Şneapotă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Iurea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florin Răducioiu went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Berea Luca managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Berea's supporters rose to their feet, but Berea Luca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Şneapotă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC Berea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Viola Invest were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basarab Arotăriței to make the kick off. Basarab Arotăriței struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. David Şneapotă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Berea. Victor Rotariu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. FC Berea's Liviu Mihaiu was substituted for Gigi Ardeleanu. Victor Rotariu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Florin Răducioiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Iurea having to interfere. FC Berea's Toader Buzoianu was substituted for Horea Panaitoiu. A collision led to FC Berea getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Victor Rotariu hit a great ball. David Şneapotă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toader Buzoianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Răducioiu in the 84th minute of play forced FC Berea's goalkeeper Dacian Iurea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Armanca hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes, FC Berea's Liviu Mihaiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Şneapotă came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Berea reached it. Viola Invest's David Şneapotă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berea Luca in the 90th minute of play. After 93 minutes, Basarab Arotăriței made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Viola Invest's David Şneapotă tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Berea Luca came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the FC Berea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berea Luca couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC Berea lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
