The supporters of ORION F.C. booed when Deportivo Damasco F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Melendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes, ORION F.C.'s Calito Espino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcelo Vallina came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ORION F.C. reached it. Pablo Arauz made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Damian Reguer sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Pablo Arauz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Reguer. 20 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Damian Reguer came free, but Pablo Arauz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Reguer got free with Pablo Arauz in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deportivo Damasco F.C. were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after ORION F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Endura Folgoso took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Endura Folgoso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pablo Arauz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Deportivo Damasco F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Sasoin Bebian hit a great ball. Marcelo Vallina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Damian Reguer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo Arauz, 1-0. ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save ORION F.C. from getting a goal against them. When Eduardo Ramírez fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ORION F.C.'s protests and gave Eduardo Ramírez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Eduardo Ramírez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39thth minute of the game Damian Reguer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute Damian Reguer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Arauz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Arauz made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Damian Reguer sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in ORION F.C.'s zone, Endura Folgoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Arauz came out of the goal and Endura Folgoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pablo Arauz came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s Damian Reguer. But to his dismay, Damian Reguer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Escobar made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Endura Folgoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, ORION F.C.'s Marcelo Vallina threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gustavo De Paredes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Deportivo Damasco F.C. booed when ORION F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Villalaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goyo Marsol in the 58th minute of play. When Rolando Villalobos fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ORION F.C.'s protests and gave Rolando Villalobos a yellow card for diving instead. Rolando Villalobos hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Damian Reguer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pablo Arauz was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Pablo Arauz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Reguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Arauz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Reguer in the 67th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Escobar got free with Marcelo Vallina in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goyo Marsol in the 78th minute of play forced ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Pablo Arauz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramone Melena succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Pablo Arauz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Goyo Marsol went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the game, Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s Ramone Melena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pablo Arauz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Pablo Arauz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramone Melena in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Ramone Melena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Damasco F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Deportivo Damasco F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
