Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Brion in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franklin Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Capixaba was the one to do the kick off. Sebastian Brion blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franklin Costa having to make a save. Franklin Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Gaufred's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 55 minutes into the match, Hurboc's goalkeeper Isidoro Paez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Murillo Meira. Fernando Capixaba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isidoro Paez. Hurboc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nelson Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Fernando Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grêmio 20 Julho's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Paez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Domingo Cresitobalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hurboc's Sebastian Brion in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grêmio 20 Julho's goalie prevented a goal. Franklin Costa came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hurboc's Jeronimo Sandalio. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Sandalio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Hurboc's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
