Isidoro Paez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlitos Garzon in the 28th minute of the match. When Ubarna Carro fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vodka Stars 1949's protests and gave Ubarna Carro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vodka Stars 1949 getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Isidoro Paez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlitos Garzon's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 94th minute, Baraxil Folch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Vodka Stars 1949's zone, Jeronimo Sandalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Prieto came out of the goal and Jeronimo Sandalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fidel Prieto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Gaufred, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
