A collision led to Khachatryan getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Manuel Daly hit a great ball. In the 5th minute Baldomero Xabat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Burroughs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Daly to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Rodrigo Paublo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC LeX Luthor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Javier Burroughs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Cortez in the 9th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Khachatryan got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Daly. After 14 played minutes, AC LeX Luthor's Uriel Elazar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javier Burroughs came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AC LeX Luthor reached it. Javier Burroughs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Txatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Junior Hemphill hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Javier Burroughs came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by AC LeX Luthor's Eliseo Gotzon. But to his dismay, Eliseo Gotzon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Javier Burroughs came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by AC LeX Luthor's Baldomero Xabat. But to his dismay, Baldomero Xabat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 22 minutes into the match, Jesus Tonio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Burroughs. Khachatryan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jesus Tonio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Marc Saldana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Burroughs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Xabat in the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the AC LeX Luthor defense, Alistair Leslie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Hitz. The AC LeX Luthor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Hitz should have stopped the shot. Javier Burroughs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Xabat did an outstanding performance 45 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-5 to the right of an irritated Javier Burroughs in the goal. The Khachatryan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AC LeX Luthor were winning 1-5.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomero Xabat was the one to do the kick off. When Rodrigo Paublo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the AC LeX Luthor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Paublo couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alistair Leslie in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albino Hitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Javier Burroughs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Tonio in the 57th minute of play. Javier Burroughs came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by AC LeX Luthor's Jesus Tonio. But to his dismay, Jesus Tonio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Khachatryan's Javier Burroughs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Tonio in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Junior Hemphill made a precise shot to the right of Albino Hitz. AC LeX Luthor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. Javier Burroughs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Paublo in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Tonio in the 70th minute of play forced Khachatryan's goalkeeper Javier Burroughs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Rodrigo Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Burroughs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Atilano Donio came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the AC LeX Luthor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Donio couldn't finish the play. Javier Burroughs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Elazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 83 minutes, Junior Hemphill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Khachatryan and the AC LeX Luthor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Khachatryan's Junior Hemphill got a free kick in the 84th minute. Rodrigo Paublo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Javier Burroughs made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goalkeeper Javier Burroughs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesus Tonio. In the 89th minute, Eliseo Gotzon made a precise shot to the right of Javier Burroughs. Khachatryan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alistair Leslie in the 93rd minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Albino Hitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AC LeX Luthor's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
