Vinicio Gerazan hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Nacho Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Crescencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Cable a Tierra getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Generoso Tavio hit a great ball. Boquenses's Dario Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cable a Tierra getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Baldomero Gaitan hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Baltasar Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match, Pablo Lizzio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dario Teodor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Crescencio in the 26th minute of play forced Cable a Tierra's goalkeeper Nacho Gonzalez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute of the match, Generoso Tavio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dario Teodor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boquenses's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Baldomero Gaitan was slow to take the kick. During this time Cable a Tierra's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Gerazan in the 31st minute of play forced Boquenses's goalkeeper Dario Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Boquenses's Dario Teodor got control of the ball when Pablo Lizzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Rameriz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boquenses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cable a Tierra the free kick. Dalmacio Rameriz hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute Baltasar Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Boquenses getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Amado Crescencio hit a great ball. Dario Teodor made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Pablo Lizzio sent off a good shot on target. Victor Pero's late challenge caught a Cable a Tierra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Pero helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes Boquenses got a freekick which was hit by Victor Pero. Pablo Lizzio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dario Teodor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dario Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Gaitan in the 46th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Lizzio got free with Dario Teodor in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Erroman was the one to do the kick off. Vinicio Gerazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cable a Tierra getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Lucas Cisneros hit a great ball. After 60 minutes Boquenses's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baldomero Gaitan who took care of the corner kick. Victor Pero hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Dario Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Lizzio in the 66th minute of play. Cable a Tierra's Maximino Timo was substituted for Reynaldo Lauren. 74 minutes into the game, Cable a Tierra's Baltasar Gaitan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dario Teodor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Boquenses booed when Cable a Tierra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Mantzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nacho Gonzalez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luisito Ciceron. In the 84th match minute, Boquenses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute of the match Baldomero Gaitan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Teodor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Cable a Tierra fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Cable a Tierra's Baltasar Gaitan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 90 minutes into the match, Pablo Lizzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Teodor. Boquenses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Lizzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cable a Tierra had played much better football throughout.
