A collision led to Forever Tango getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Filomeno Tonio hit a great ball. Filomeno Tonio got a throw-in 6 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Armando Gaizko. Ermegildo Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 minutes of play, Forever Tango's Juan Raúl Amuchástegui made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Horado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute Juan Raúl Amuchástegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Pasqual in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, CAI NEUQUEN's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Péron came free, but Ermegildo Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CAI NEUQUEN's Ermegildo Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Raúl Amuchástegui in the 20th minute of play. The throw-in from Filomeno Tonio in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CAI NEUQUEN's Zhou Chen Sheng. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Pasqual in the 25th minute of play forced Forever Tango's goalkeeper Juan Giraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermegildo Horado came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Forever Tango's Paolo Péron. But to his dismay, Paolo Péron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Filomeno Tonio made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Juan Raúl Amuchástegui immediately put the ball in play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Cipriano Pasqual who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, CAI NEUQUEN's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Gaizko came free, but Ermegildo Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CAI NEUQUEN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raul Heriberto in the 44th minute. Raul Heriberto made a great header on CAI NEUQUEN's corner, it was just that Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo managed to reach the ball for a save.

Forever Tango made a substitution. Dennis Sjögren replaced Juan Raúl Amuchástegui. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Pasqual stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of CAI NEUQUEN booed when Forever Tango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Péron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Pasqual in the 62nd minute of play. Omar Santo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Omar Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Horado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 74th minute Cipriano Pasqual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lee-Paul Ramon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Giraldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. CAI NEUQUEN's Isaac Gustafsson was substituted for Lee-Paul Ramon. CAI NEUQUEN's Kahlil Ardiansyah was substituted for Joel Santana. Filomeno Tonio made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sixto Gaxan immediately put the ball in play. Juan Giraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
