Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) StardustRevolution's Marcos Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Romo in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind StardustRevolution's goalkeeper Marcos Burni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Oliverio Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Ereinotz in the 10th minute of play. Marcos Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Romo in the 13th minute of play. Saturnino Romo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Burni. Marcos Burni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nacho Scocco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverio Kahn having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Renatinho Diamant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Oliverio Kahn made a huge save. The supporters of ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ booed when StardustRevolution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Luis Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Frisco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Oliverio Kahn made a huge save. 33 minutes into the game, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Saturnino Romo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Burni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Tudor Hurezeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. StardustRevolution's Uygar Orhan was substituted for Nacho Scocco. StardustRevolution made a substitution. Piara Santo replaced Gabriel Batistuta. After 62 played minutes StardustRevolution got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Virila. When Tobias Xacintu came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Xacintu couldn't finish the play. Marcos Burni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Romo's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Jerzy Marchefka was substituted for Saturnino Romo. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Leo Bikendi replaced Tudor Hurezeanu. Piara Santo took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oliverio Kahn. Marcos Burni made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jerzy Marchefka sent off a good shot on target. StardustRevolution's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
