Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Michal Stehno started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Máximo Kirchner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Orlandus. Guanacos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Máximo Kirchner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Venancio Cristofol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Ekaitz in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Guanacos got a corner. Unidad de Matanza's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ricardo Hug ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ricardo Hug got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Venancio Cristofol quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Unidad de Matanza's zone, Melquiades Librado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Cristofol came out of the goal and Melquiades Librado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venancio Cristofol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Librado in the 18th minute of the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Paulo Pierres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unidad de Matanza's Venancio Cristofol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Máximo Kirchner came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Unidad de Matanza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Máximo Kirchner couldn't finish the play. Guanacos were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Unidad de Matanza's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ricardo Hug took the corner. Marcial Orlandus made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Michal Stehno sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Unidad de Matanza's Maarten Aelbrecht slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcial Orlandus. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. Venancio Cristofol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Pierres's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Ricardo Hug got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Venancio Cristofol quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vinicio Esdras kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Angelino Clemencin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Venancio Cristofol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Paulo Pierres made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Unidad de Matanza's Waldemar Okopny got a free kick in the 50th minute. Venancio Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Pierres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Kirchner came free, but Marcial Orlandus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Bâru replaced Maarten Aelbrecht. Unidad de Matanza's Yannick Bartz was substituted for Máximo Kirchner. Angelino Clemencin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 68 played minutes, Unidad de Matanza's Waldemar Okopny shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Unidad de Matanza reached it. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lotfi Ziadi in the 70th minute of play. Unidad de Matanza's Yannick Bartz got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guanacos's Remigio Ler was substituted for Melquiades Librado. Venancio Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Pierres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guanacos's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Pierres got free with Venancio Cristofol in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 minutes Unidad de Matanza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ricardo Hug who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Remigio Ler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Unidad de Matanza's Venancio Cristofol did a great save. Yannick Bartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Marcial Orlandus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Bâru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Unidad de Matanza were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Guanacos for a fine match.
