An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Jax in the 34th minute of play forced Dragon Hunter's goalkeeper Gerardo Oalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Martin Jax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Oalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Anatolio Gasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charly Tevez was the one to do the kick off. Andres Lastur came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Dragon Hunter's Charly Tevez. But to his dismay, Charly Tevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Dragon Hunter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charly Tevez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Adriano Vilanova got a free kick in the 80th minute. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Aquilino Ihintza replaced Genaro Tauro. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Epifanio Ibañez replaced Martin Jax. After 81 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Vilanova. The corner ended in Cristian Emeterio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur did a great save. In the 91st minute, Epifanio Ibañez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Oalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
