A collision led to GERLIROJO Ψ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Adriano Vilanova hit a great ball. Gerardo Oalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Tauro in the 23rd minute of play. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Tevez in the 27th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, GERLIROJO Ψ's Gerardo Oalo threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roger Bouget, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in GERLIROJO Ψ's zone, Charly Tevez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Lastur came out of the goal and Charly Tevez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerardo Oalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Roger Bouget. Dragon Hunter's Cristian Emeterio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Andres Lastur but with some difficulty. Martin Jax might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerardo Oalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Jax ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes into the match, Dragon Hunter's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Jax came free, but Gerardo Oalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charly Tevez in the 80th minute. GERLIROJO Ψ's Eleuterio Benvido was substituted for Arnout Van den Wyngaert. After 87 played minutes Dragon Hunter got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Ramirez. After 88 minutes of play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Epifanio Ibañez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerardo Oalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Epifanio Ibañez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerardo Oalo having to make a save. GERLIROJO Ψ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
