In the 9thth minute of the game Emilio Argina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hannover Reds were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Ämmer Sportfreaks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lei Xiang Rong took the corner. In the 12th minute of the match Hannover Reds got a corner. Ämmer Sportfreaks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lei Xiang Rong ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bernd Yuschni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gutierre Lauri in the 13th minute of the match. Bernd Yuschni came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Ämmer Sportfreaks's Patricius Lafranchi. But to his dismay, Patricius Lafranchi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dan Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. A hard shot by Lei Xiang Rong from long distance, 21 minutes into the match, got Fergus Maina's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hannover Reds's Bernd Yuschni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gutierre Lauri in the 29th minute of play. Qiao Xing Qi struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Fergus Maina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hannover Reds. Fergus Maina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiao Xing Qi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fergus Maina made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Emilio Argina sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 35 in the game by Emilio Argina from a close distance when the talented Fergus Maina managed to make a qualified save. Ämmer Sportfreaks's players were relieved. Andaç Adahan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fergus Maina having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horacio Ignatius during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Horacio Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fergus Maina made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Emilio Argina sent off a good shot on target. Silverio Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andaç Adahan got free with Fergus Maina in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gutierre Lauri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Ämmer Sportfreaks defense, Emilio Argina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fergus Maina. The Ämmer Sportfreaks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fergus Maina should have stopped the shot. Bernd Yuschni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gutierre Lauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Emilio Argina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fergus Maina was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Fergus Maina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Voss in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Rey Hirter notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Hannover Reds's Bernd Yuschni. Bernd Yuschni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Voss in the 72nd minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Herbert Busch got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fergus Maina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 74th minute, Herbert Busch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hannover Reds fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a rather tough play, Hannover Reds's Douglas Lundin got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 88th minute, Gutierre Lauri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hannover Reds were furious when Markus Thalberg was red carded, 92 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Markus Thalberg hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Ämmer Sportfreaks's Willem Rinert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernd Yuschni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When the match was over Ämmer Sportfreaks could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hannover Reds throughout the match.
