Kiran Tomasini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Thaddäus Götze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biene Maja 09's Burkhardt Teubler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Biene Maja 09 from getting a goal against them. When Fernando Morientes fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE ROKERY PIMKIS's protests and gave Fernando Morientes a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Morientes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Morientes in the 15th minute of play forced Biene Maja 09's goalkeeper Burkhardt Teubler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Burkhardt Teubler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Morientes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Biene Maja 09's goalkeeper Burkhardt Teubler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronny Simmen. Burkhardt Teubler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Däublin in the 29th minute of play forced THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Kiran Tomasini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kiran Tomasini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thaddäus Götze, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, Biene Maja 09's Burkhardt Teubler got control of the ball when Francisco Mino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Ronny Simmen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronny Simmen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Luna in the 43rd minute of play forced Biene Maja 09's goalkeeper Burkhardt Teubler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Gustafsson came free, but Kiran Tomasini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 53rd minute, Marc Trabold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Däublin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Kiran Tomasini when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by THE ROKERY PIMKIS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nils Hydén was slow to take the kick. During this time Biene Maja 09's players had a chance to rest. In the 59th minute Jorge Luna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burkhardt Teubler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Jorge Luna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Biene Maja 09's Burkhardt Teubler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jorge Luna struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Burkhardt Teubler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE ROKERY PIMKIS. THE ROKERY PIMKIS made a substitution. René Stocker replaced Christian Mastroiacovo. A collision led to THE ROKERY PIMKIS getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Alessandro Finotti hit a great ball. Erling Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Erling Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biene Maja 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Erling Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kiran Tomasini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Burkhardt Teubler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Morientes in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ullrich Böhlert in the 86th minute of play forced THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Kiran Tomasini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Biene Maja 09 got a corner. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nils Hydén ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kiran Tomasini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ullrich Böhlert showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 91 minute of play. The Biene Maja 09 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Biene Maja 09 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
