In the 10th minute Jorge Luna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrick Zeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiran Tomasini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Wielowiejski in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kiran Tomasini got control of the ball when Adam Wielowiejski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tarada's Alwin Eiffel got a free kick in the 48th minute. Tarada's Massimo Wechsler was substituted for Leif Kohler. Tarada's Florian Walther was substituted for Piotrek Zielinski. Alwin Eiffel kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tarada's zone, Alessandro Finotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrick Zeier came out of the goal and Alessandro Finotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Wielowiejski made a kick off. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Wielowiejski in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Luna in the 61st minute of play forced Tarada's goalkeeper Henrick Zeier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tarada's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alessandro Finotti was slow to take the kick. During this time THE ROKERY PIMKIS's players had a chance to rest. Serge Jeanneret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiran Tomasini having to interfere. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when Tarada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Wielowiejski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrick Zeier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Morientes went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jorge Luna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 97 played minutes Tarada got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Eichelberger. Henrick Zeier was out of position in the 99 minute of play, and Ronny Simmen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ronny Simmen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3.
