Mehmet Emre Özaydın hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Delay Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 徐皓钢 to maneuver through the defense. Pavlos Konstantakakis was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and 倪卫雄 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 倪卫雄 really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Delay Sports's 倪卫雄 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavlos Konstantakakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Jaime Lluc made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Dinu Bocu sent off a good shot on target. Jaime Lluc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Obuchowicz in the 87th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Hamburg Fighters defense, 倪卫雄 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavlos Konstantakakis. The Hamburg Fighters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavlos Konstantakakis should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute 倪卫雄 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamburg Fighters's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Delay Sports had won, even though Hamburg Fighters had held more of the ball.
