The SV Bad Harzburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacek Matuch should have stopped the shot. Beat Leutwyler made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Silvestre Loi sent off a good shot on target. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Éthan Pichard fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Beat Leutwyler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurek Ohrem, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jacek Matuch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Jacek Matuch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Goi in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Lázaro Lizbeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacek Matuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Éthan Pichard came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Lizbeth came free, but Jacek Matuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Éthan Pichard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Leutwyler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toralf Hell hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Lázaro Lizbeth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Lizbeth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jacek Matuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Ruben Dias hit a great ball. Éthan Pichard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beat Leutwyler having to interfere. SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save SV Bad Harzburg from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute, Roberto Carlos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toralf Hell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beat Leutwyler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Éthan Pichard in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beat Leutwyler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. B68 Toftir were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after SV Bad Harzburg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lázaro Lizbeth took the corner. With a little luck, SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch got control of the ball when Maximino Goi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When B68 Toftir's Lázaro Lizbeth in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV Bad Harzburg's goalie prevented a goal. Beat Leutwyler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Éthan Pichard, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. B68 Toftir made a substitution. Bengt-Arne Blomberg replaced Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. In the 83rd minute B68 Toftir were awarded a corner. Lázaro Lizbeth went to the cornerflag to take it. The attack was good, but when Bengt-Arne Blomberg in the 84th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Éthan Pichard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Beat Leutwyler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Éthan Pichard put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Beat Leutwyler. Bengt-Arne Blomberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jacek Matuch made a huge save. SV Bad Harzburg were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of B68 Toftir for a fine match.
