Adolfo Adrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Pangsepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernabe Rojas to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Social y Dep. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Rico. With a little luck, 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio got control of the ball when Arnaldo Bastia tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Rojas in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Faro saved Social y Dep. In the 73rd minute, Severo Laurgain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind 0 descensos's goalkeeper Adolfo Adrio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 93 played minutes 0 descensos got a freekick which was hit by Pietro Rizzi. The long shot by Lázaro Gau in the 93rd minute really tested Adolfo Adrio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bernabe Rojas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
