After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Kosin Marianto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kwyjibo's supporters rose to their feet, but Kosin Marianto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Pitin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 5 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Wandy Petera came free, but Sylwester Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kosin Marianto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kosin Marianto might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascual Pitin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kosin Marianto ran back to his position shaking his head. Pascual Pitin made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Kosin Marianto sent off a good shot on target. The Kwyjibo fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Kwyjibo's Kosin Marianto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st minute Wandy Petera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Wawro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kwyjibo's Sylwester Wawro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wandy Petera in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Kwyjibo booed when Maní FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Pitin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kosin Marianto in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Kwyjibo's Mathias Jakobsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute Wandy Petera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Wawro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sylwester Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Hauche in the 40th minute of play. Sylwester Wawro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Gentenaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kwyjibo's Guilherme de Souza pulled a muscle in his back after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 42 minutes, Dieguinho Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maní FC and the Kwyjibo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kwyjibo booed when Maní FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Kosin Marianto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pascual Pitin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kosin Marianto to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kosin Marianto in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascual Pitin saved Maní FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Kwyjibo defense, Wandy Petera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sylwester Wawro. The Kwyjibo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sylwester Wawro should have stopped the shot. Maní FC made a substitution. Luis Musko replaced Anselmo Indartsu. 64 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goalkeeper Sylwester Wawro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Hauche. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Sylwester Wawro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 69 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kosin Marianto came free, but Pascual Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo was substituted for Kosin Marianto. Pascual Pitin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christian Burgo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sylwester Wawro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Hauche went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Maní FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kwyjibo.
