Dražen Ladić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Dalmacio Llorian sped through Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dražen Ladić. After some careless play in the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT defense, Cleto Firmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dražen Ladić. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dražen Ladić should have stopped the shot. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes in the game, Cleto Firmin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Firmin in the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Leonard Purcaru got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Martín Ferreyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Cordero. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lagrima en Jarrita were winning 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelo Cordero made a kick off. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Llorian in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Cordero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loco Malo was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. When Fac. de Ed. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lagrima en Jarrita would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
