Matías Patrone came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres de Escalada's Xepe Godan. Serafin Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xepe Godan. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xepe Godan took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matías Patrone. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Bierhoff made a kick off.
