LTA FC's Zé Bani got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, LTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Giertych came free, but Dalmacio Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goal looked a bit too open when Zé Bani came free, but Kang Ying Hai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikolaj Giertych in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Ebardo saved LTA FC from getting behind. Tyge Jungholm got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zé Bani. Dalmacio Ebardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Giertych in the 19th minute of play. Zé Bani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kang Ying Hai having to make a save. Kang Ying Hai made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Zé Bani sent off a good shot on target. Mikolaj Giertych fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Ebardo having to interfere. After some careless play in the LTA FC defense, Mikolaj Giertych kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalmacio Ebardo. The LTA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalmacio Ebardo should have stopped the shot. Kang Ying Hai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Bani, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Ramiro Lleir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LTA FC the free kick. After the first half ..Villa Rugby Club.. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Bani was the one to do the kick off. If Max Feldthaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LTA FC's Tomás Matai was substituted for Ergin Hanbeyi. In a very dangerous position, a player in LTA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Flavio Perez got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dalmacio Ebardo. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
