Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gaspar Sabin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Godfredo Santikurtz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Elequemedo in the 7th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Aires came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Mariano Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th match minute, Argentinos Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven de Zwaan to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Aires came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Mero in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Petruț Fințescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Martin Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Nazario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur got control of the ball when Sven de Zwaan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Domingos Aires cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Leopoldo Lastur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Celedonio Madeo in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Leones FC's Alejo Louis. Rigoberto Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Asier in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Argentinos Juniors's zone, Gaspar Sabin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Nazario came out of the goal and Gaspar Sabin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Sabin, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Aires in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven de Zwaan during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Sven de Zwaan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven de Zwaan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Lastur having to make a save. In the 43rd minute, one of Leones FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Leones FC. Leopoldo Lastur went to the wrong direction when Sven de Zwaan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 46th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Louis to maneuver through the defense. Alejo Louis kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingos Aires made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven de Zwaan came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Sven de Zwaan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Celedonio Madeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argentinos Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Asier ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Mero in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute, Justo Elequemedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Lastur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Denis Mero took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Lastur. Leopoldo Lastur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Leopoldo Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Aires in the 73rd minute of the match. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Sven de Zwaan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentinos Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Sven de Zwaan scored 5-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Lastur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the game, Argentinos Juniors's Denis Mero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Lastur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Martin Asier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Argentinos Juniors's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
