Vicente Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Mero in the 4th minute of play. When Domingos Aires came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Argentinos Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Aires couldn't finish the play. Petruț Fințescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vicente Bartoleme could save by the left post. Vicente Bartoleme was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingos Aires showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Vicente Bartoleme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goalkeeper Vicente Bartoleme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven de Zwaan. In the 91st minute Petruț Fințescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Bartoleme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Argentinos Juniors's zone, Rigoberto Lucado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Nazario came out of the goal and Rigoberto Lucado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97thth minute of the game Domingos Aires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Vicente Bartoleme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Argentinos Juniors had won after a very even match.
