In the 10th minute, Nilton Sanches ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorival Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, America Futebol Clube SP's Hélder Almeida nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorival Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Válbson Rosa charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Válbson Rosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Agroboys SM - CIMZ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Válbson Rosa hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Natanael Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Pedro de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Simões's late challenge caught a America Futebol Clube SP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Simões helped the player get up and apologised. Zé Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Dorival Silveira was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Dorian Siqueira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dorian Siqueira really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. After 39 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Zé Simões. After a rather tough play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Olívio Sousa got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilton Sanches to make the kick off. America Futebol Clube SP's Zé Pedro de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olívio Sousa in the 58th minute of play. Evaristo de Queirós's late challenge caught a Agroboys SM - CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo de Queirós helped the player get up and apologised. Durvalino Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Válbson Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Zé Pedro de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. America Futebol Clube SP's Dorian Siqueira got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dorival Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72ndth minute of the game Nilton Sanches who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Dorival Silveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Nilton Sanches came free, but Dorival Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Pedro de Queirós made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olívio Sousa in the 78th minute. Olívio Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Zé Pedro de Queirós made a huge save. Dorival Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilton Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Dorian Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dorian Siqueira came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the America Futebol Clube SP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorian Siqueira couldn't finish the play. Dorival Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilton Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
