Pepe Portugal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Nada Pontual F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dorival Viana came free, but Leonardo Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Nada Pontual F.C booed when Milan da Freguesia F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Lima in the 32nd minute of play forced Nada Pontual F.C's goalkeeper Leonardo Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Inácio de Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Milan da Freguesia F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 36 played minutes Milan da Freguesia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luís Paulo Zonta.
