Aírton Capixaba started the match with the kick off. Aírton Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in 卡納里尼奧 FC's zone, Aírton Capixaba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Guimarães came out of the goal and Aírton Capixaba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarbas Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarbas Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jarbas Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Litoral EC - CIMZ defense, Agostinho Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo José Campidelis. The Litoral EC - CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo José Campidelis should have stopped the shot. Inácio Lara hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Régis Vides to maneuver through the defense. Elias Paulista's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, João Vítor Guimarães skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Paulo José Campidelis came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eliseu Alagoano. But to his dismay, Eliseu Alagoano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

In the 51st minute, Agostinho Guedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Paulista in the 55th minute of play. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luiz das Neves in the 59th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inácio Lara during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paulo José Campidelis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 71st minute. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Armandinho Pombal was substituted for Régis Vides. In the 81st match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseu Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. 卡納里尼奧 FC made a substitution. Jefferson Maia replaced Agostinho Guedes. Joélson de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. João Vítor Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amílton Marinho charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílton Marinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Marinho. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Paulo José Campidelis got control of the ball when Eliseu Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Litoral EC - CIMZ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing 卡納里尼奧 FC to leave the ground with a draw.
