The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mac Fly in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Horea Hurmuzache, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 8th minute, David Greblă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mac Flys short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Horea Hurmuzache to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mac Fly received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Horea Hurmuzache came out and tried to block the shot, but Mac Fly slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Eugen Bobocea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. HollywooDogs's Mac Fly got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mac Fly had several of the DINAMO's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Horea Hurmuzache as he didn't even see the shot coming. Remus Elisei's late challenge caught a HollywooDogs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remus Elisei helped the player get up and apologised. Remus Elisei hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Șerban Damian came free, but Vânderson Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the DINAMO defense, Mac Fly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Hurmuzache should have stopped the shot. If Mete Gøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache got control of the ball when Mac Fly tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mac Fly took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 47 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by David Greblă. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mac Fly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gøl in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Emanuel Ardeleanu got a free kick in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Mac Fly's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Alagoano came free, but Horea Hurmuzache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mac Fly in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horea Hurmuzache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mac Fly in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. Sever Colin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Wellington Berger replaced Ulisses Leal. HollywooDogs's Ademar Santana was substituted for César Loureiro. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Greblă got free with Vânderson Nogueira in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 72 minutes, Liviu Găvan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DINAMO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liviu Găvan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mac Fly in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. Mac Fly might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horea Hurmuzache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mac Fly ran back to his position shaking his head. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mac Fly in the 76th minute of play. When Remus Elisei was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. The supporters of HollywooDogs booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Elisei didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Glauco Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Mete Gøl made a precise shot to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. DINAMO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Samuca Donatello hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Horea Hurmuzache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mete Gøl's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute Mete Gøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Hurmuzache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
