Klaas Jan Oevermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ian Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Eelco Lanting made a huge save. In the 8th match minute, Dukaton f.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ger van Zijderveld to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match Hermínio Neiva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eelco Lanting skillfully saved the ball. Ryan Werner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Martins got free with Eelco Lanting in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Sven Keller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Valladares's late challenge caught a Dukaton f.c.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Valladares helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Valladares. After the first half Dukaton f.c. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermínio Neiva was the one to do the kick off. If Jean Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sander Heubach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gildo Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eelco Lanting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerônimo de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Horácio Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arjan Zoontjens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gildo Nogueira came out and tried to block the shot, but Arjan Zoontjens slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven Keller got free with Gildo Nogueira in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eelco Lanting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermínio Neiva in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Gildo Nogueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Sander Heubach came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Dukaton f.c. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sander Heubach couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Sven Keller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gildo Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arjan Zoontjens in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BRASIL.Sp's Roberto Dias got a free kick in the 88th minute. Eelco Lanting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Martins in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Arjan Zoontjens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gildo Nogueira. Arjan Zoontjens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. With his leg Gildo Nogueira managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Dukaton f.c.'s Arjan Zoontjens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eelco Lanting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dukaton f.c.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
