Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kálmán Fitos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 7 minutes, Elder Ramalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasilino and the Gyál United players grew even worse after the yellow card. 13 minutes into the game, Kálmán Fitos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Humberto Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute, Ede Bagi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gyál United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Paulo Furlan in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sándor Jászberényi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Géza Sipos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gyál United getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Róbert Tamás hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Vajda came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elder Ramalho was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Brasilino's Elder Ramalho got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 35 played minutes Brasilino got a freekick which was hit by Hílton da Silveira. 39 minutes into the match, Róbert Vajda notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Brasilino's Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Paulo Furlan to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Brasilino were awarded a corner. Pedro Paulo Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sándor Jászberényi having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Paulo Furlan in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sándor Jászberényi saved Gyál United from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Frank Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sándor Jászberényi. Gyál United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Sándor Jászberényi came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Brasilino's Pedro Paulo Furlan. But to his dismay, Pedro Paulo Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. When Ede Bagi fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gyál United's protests and gave Ede Bagi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gyál United getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ede Bagi hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Paulo Furlan in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sándor Jászberényi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kálmán Fitos got free with Humberto Xavier in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, Gyál United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kálmán Fitos to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 80 minutes, Frank Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brasilino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st match minute, Gyál United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbert Tamás to maneuver through the defense. Hílton da Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Paulo Furlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Róbert Tamás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Brasilino supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gyál United's performance. The match ended with a win for Gyál United.
