After a rather tough play, Vestegnens Betonhelte's Vilmar Irdorf got a free kick in the 6th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Elborne came free, but Kyle Connor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Vestegnens Betonhelte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Ren to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Vestegnens Betonhelte's zone, Harold Lloyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunner Grishauge came out of the goal and Harold Lloyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gunner Grishauge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Langford in the 14th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, William Ren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes, Heavenly Hooters's Ethan Zamora shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gunner Grishauge came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Heavenly Hooters reached it. Gunner Grishauge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Lloyd in the 18th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Heavenly Hooters's zone, Tony Elborne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kyle Connor came out of the goal and Tony Elborne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Harold Lloyd's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunner Grishauge was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shawn Banks in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunner Grishauge saved Vestegnens Betonhelte from getting behind. In the 35th minute of the match Heavenly Hooters got a corner. Vestegnens Betonhelte's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ethan Zamora ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Heavenly Hooters's corner Ethan Zamora fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gunner Grishauge quite easily take care of the ball. Baba Bab hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harold Lloyd in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gunner Grishauge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Vestegnens Betonhelte booed when Heavenly Hooters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shawn Banks didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
In the 52nd minute Ethan Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunner Grishauge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vestegnens Betonhelte's Gunner Grishauge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shawn Banks in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, Vestegnens Betonhelte's Gunner Grishauge got control of the ball when Max Langford tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vestegnens Betonhelte's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ethan Zamora was slow to take the kick. During this time Heavenly Hooters's players had a chance to rest. 68 minutes into the game, Max Langford cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gunner Grishauge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Douglas Fairbanks charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Douglas Fairbanks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vestegnens Betonhelte booed when Heavenly Hooters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harold Lloyd's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Gunner Grishauge skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
