Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cruz Salcedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serkan Batıhan in the 40th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Kojiro Schneider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serkan Batıhan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Abdulmelik Kutlubay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Salcedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cruz Salcedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıkan Sarper in the 92nd minute of play forced Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goalkeeper Cruz Salcedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbasa Sandoval to maneuver through the defense. Cruz Salcedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Plaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
